To initiate a return please:
1) Visit https://www.conditionsapply.com/pages/return-request. Please fill the form with all the requested details, Once you click on “Send”, your request will go through to our Customer Support team.
2) After authorization, please proceed to send back the item(s) to the address advised (failure to do so may invalidate your return)
3) Please note: You will be refunded within 48 hours maximum after your return has been received and accepted. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the order: you will be re-credited for the amount of the returned items. Delivery charges you may have paid will not be refunded.
Cancellation :
Please note that you may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing the same. Thereafter cancellation will only be processed after the item is returned to us at which stage you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. If exceed the order cancellation time period, the order cannot be cancelled.
